- 😋Cooking Habits: We love bulk meal prepping for the week, especially casserole-type dishes that are simple to microwave. BUT we are open to a wide variety of things even if they aren't in bulk.

- 🍳Tools: We have a crockpot, air fryer, oven, stove, and extra large pots, pans, and casserole dishes, so we have a variety of tools for different recipes!

- 🐄Preferences: High protein (ground turkey, ground beef, chicken, shrimp, fish, pork/sausage). Wheat pasta and brown rice. Jodie prefers milder, while Andrew normally adds spice after as needed. Open to trying new things too!

- ⏰Cook Time: A variety works, but for busy weeks, larger amount of food with lower amount of prep time is best! Waiting time for things being in oven, crockpot, etc normally aren't an issue since we prep ahead when possible!

- 🤧Allergies: None!
