We met on Bumble in June 2024. Day 1 on Bumble, Jody saw Brandon and sparks flew. She deleted the app right after that and they became friends and talked for awhile, getting to know each other over the phone. The first day we officially met was the 4th of July. Brandon saved Jody's fence from a fire that happened from a nearby firework that went off. Again, the sparks flew. It wasn't long until we made it official. On 8/8/24 Brandon asked Jody to go steady while kayaking on a lake. She said yes!

Since then, we have been inseparable and share so much in common, especially our music. Together, we have written many songs, are in multiple bands together and have been to so many amazing concerts. We love to camp, hike, have fires (in pits, not on fences), play games, take photos, and explore.

Brandon, Jody, Willow and Gus have family game nights often and love to go on mini-adventures. San Diego is like our second home, and it will be the perfect place to tie the knot on our 2-year anniversary overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. <3
