Our story started in March of 2021. One can say it was like a Hallmark movie, but more like a lucky right swipe on Tinder. Whatever it was, we clicked instantly, and our conversations flowed naturally. After one conversation about Mai Tais, we decided to plan a date in downtown Toledo, where we would bar-hop to see which place served the best Mai Tai. Well, I wish we could remember which one served the best…. I guess you can say they were all winners. Fast forward about a month and we started to date.

Over the past few years, we have grown to learn everything about each other. For example, Joe knows not to take Jace to Costco on Sundays – and Jace knows to not let Joe roam around Costco alone (because you may find Joe riding down the isles on a razor scooter he found). It’s just the little things, you know?

We got engaged in 2024 while we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. While overlooking Jackson Square, Jace asked Joe to marry him. It truly was such a beautiful day.

We've reached many milestones and grown so much together over the years. We continuously push each other to be the best versions of ourselves and love each other endlessly. We want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us on our journey, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you on our big day!
