Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. The address is 401 Regent St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.

The rehearsal dinner for invited family and bridal party guests will be held at 6pm on June 13th at Ventana Gourmet Grill. The address is 117 W Broadway Ave St, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024.

The Elms is approximately 40 minutes from Kansas City International Airport (MCI). The Elms can provide a shuttle to and from the airport for up to 10 people at a time for a small fee. If you are interested in this service, please let us know and we can help you coordinate.

There are both Airbnb and Vrbo options in Excelsior Springs. If you prefer a hotel, there are plenty of great options in nearby Liberty, MO, about 15 minutes from the Elms.

We want all of our guests to feel comfortable as we share the best day of our lives with you! We prefer cocktail attire keeping in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be inside with an option to be outside during the cocktail hour.

Dinner will be a BBQ buffet served by the highly acclaimed kitchen at the Elms Hotel. There will be an option when you complete your RSVP to share with us any dietary restrictions so we can have options available for all guests.

Unfortunately due to space, we will not be able to have children join us during the ceremony or reception outside of immediate family.
