We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Ladies can wear a dress of any length. Please avoid colors reserved for the bride and bridal party (white and champagne). Men should wear a sports coat or a suit and tie.
Where should I stay?
We are looking forward to all of our favorite people traveling to one of our favorite places. Boone is a beautiful town with many great options for where to stay. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms. Boone has a lot of views to offer, if you'd rather stay in a cabin, we highly recommend looking into an airbnb or VRBO. You can find this information on our website under our travel tab.
Can I bring my children?
We love your children, however, we are choosing to keep our wedding 21 and up. For specific cases, your invitation will be addressed accordingly to the parties invited. We want all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening!
Can I bring a guest?
We are so excited to celebrate with everyone! We understand that some guests may want to bring a date, however, we are keeping our guest list limited so we can celebrate with our closest friends and family. We ask that you do not bring a plus one unless otherwise stated on your invitation.
What if I forget to RSVP?
If we do not receive an RSVP from you by the date listed on the invitation, you will be marked as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but were are required to provide a final guest count to our vendors prior to the wedding. We will be unable to accommodate you at the reception without an RSVP.
Special Note Regarding Transportation
In Boone, Ubers and other ride share services are very limited. For any guests staying in the hotel block, we will be providing transportation shuttle services from the reception to the hotel at end of the night. Unfortunately, we won't be able to to provide transportation services for each guest back to individual vacation rentals. Please be safe and plan accordingly. If needed, our venue allows our guests to leave their car in their parking lot overnight.
