Q + A

What is the dress code?

The dress code will be Semi-Formal attire. This can look like a cocktail midi-length or long length dress for the ladies and a casual suit or button down with slacks for the men. Ladies, keep in mind this is a backyard wedding therefore you'll be walking on grass. New England Fall weather can be quite chilly but we will be prepared with heaters and goodies! We have also created a Pinterest board if you need some help with inspiration... https://pin.it/44FPShlWZ

Are kids allowed?

We love all of your children and as much as we would love to have everyone with us, this will be an adult-only night. We hope you take advantage to come and have yourselves a fun night celebrating with us! That being said, if you’re bringing your kiddos along for the weekend, they’re welcome to join at the Sunday brunch :)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to arrive at 3:30 to ensure you do not miss out on any of the festivities.

Will there be parking available?

Yes, there will be designated parking lots nearby for you to park your car. You can park in the Cultural Center lot (309 Union St) or behind the Captain Farris House (78 Mill Ln). However, we kindly ask that you car pool if possible or suggest Uber or Lyft if you plan to take full advantage of our open bar ;)

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. Thank you for understanding and please respect our wishes as we keep our wedding as intimate as possible!

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accomodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can celebrate with you all!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Please plan accordingly and ensure you have a way to get home safely at the end of the night.

I have dietary restrictions, can that be accomodated?

Yes! There will be a section in your RSVP in which you can indicate that you have dietary restrictions. We will do all that we can to accomodate you!
