Wedding Celebration

A food truck will be serving dinner on our street from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Guests can choose one of four meal options onsite from Pedro's South American Food: 1) Two Empanadas + side2) Two Tacos + side3) One Arepa + side4) One Corn Bowl + side Sides include street corn or yuka fries. There will be meat and vegetarian varieties available for each of the meal options. We hope you enjoy this food as much as we do!

Parking

One of the great nonprofits in our neighborhood, Meta House, is generously allowing our wedding guests to park in their parking lot from 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis. The Meta House parking lot (2625 N. Weil Street, Milwaukee, WI 53212) is just four blocks (0.2 miles) from our house. *Please note - some spots will be reserved for another group for the 4:00 p.m. mass at Our Lady of Divine Providence - these specific spots will be unavailable to our guests from 3:45 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. In total, there will be approximately 30 parking spots available at anytime for our guests to use.

Street parking is another option if the Meta House parking lot is full. Parking on Meinecke Ave., Wright St., Clarke St., Pierce St., and Bremen St. are all good options and just a few blocks from our house.

Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront

We've blocked hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront (4700 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53212), which is only a 10-minute drive from our wedding celebration. The hotel block is under Helmeid/Kaltenberg Wedding Block and rooms are available for both 10/1 and 10/2, depending on your weekend plans. To be guaranteed group rate availability, please make all reservations by 9/1/2021.&nbsp;&nbsp; Guests have two ways to book reservations: 1. We are looking forward to getting married in our front yard with our immediate families as witnesses. Our intimate ceremony will include Roxy's brother, Ben, and Joe's sister, Liz, as co-officiants who will lead us through the ceremony. Roxy's mom, Rita, will walk Roxy down the aisle. We are excited to gather with our families for this special occasion.
