Joe and Tori spotted each other at a New Years Day Brunch held by Tori's own bridesmaid, Jaime Dix. While they did officially meet on New Year's Day, nothing really came of it. They went their separate ways and that was that... or so they thought.

On a random Wednesday night, fate intervened.

Tori, after having a rough day at work, reached out to her friend who, conveniently enough, happened to be none other than Jaime Dix! "Soooooo, Sail?" Tori asked, to which Jaime (probably) replied, "Hell yeah, brother." The two ordered dinner and drinks while an unsuspecting Joe was playing pool at the Muddy Beaver with some friends. Hungry, Joe decided he should go to Sail Inn for their pizza and beer special. Joe walked into Sail and to the surprise of all of his friends, immediately started chatting up Tori, sharing her shrimp, buying her drinks, and really putting the mack down. Long story short... Beers, Shrimp, Pizza, and Shots -- Joe and Tori are the best things since sliced bread.

Didn't go as planned but some great out of town friends helped planned a great evening full of impromptu decisions and help still pull it off.. Joe popped the question in downtown Dallas with beers along with great friend's.
