There is a small domestic airport in Milos (MLO).

Traveling from the UK? Best flights depart from Manchester (MAN) and London (LHR or LGW) and go via Athens (ATH). Depending on travel dates/time, total travel time is around 6-7 hours and flights cost around £250 return.

Traveling from Cayman/Bermuda? For the AA stalwarts, there are direct flights to ATH from JFK and PHL. Alternatively, there's the BA direct to LHR and then onto ATH. There are also other direct flights with Delta (ATL and BOS) and United (ORD). We're sure you'll figure it out!

If you book early enough, flights can often be cheaper than the ferries and it is certainly quicker (40 minutes). The scenery as you fly over the island is quite wonderful so make sure to book a window seat.

By Boat

You can travel by ferry to Milos from mainland Greece through the port of Pireas in Athens. The main port of Milos is Adamas, which is located in the center of the island. The ferry route from Pireas to Milos runs regularly with weekly trips and the ferry journey between the two ports lasts from 3 to 7 hrs.

Transport will be provided to take guests to/from the wedding hotel to/from events not taking place at the wedding hotel (e.g. welcome drinks and the wedding reception). That being said, we definitely recommend renting a car while on Milos - especially if you're spending more time in Milos and planning to explore.
