The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the IronSpire Complex. The venue is open-air, so please dress accordingly.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15 but no later than 3:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

The front few row of seats at our ceremony will be marked as reserved for immediate family, but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and we will have a seating chart up on the day to direct you to your seat!

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We encourage our guests to dress in colorful, cocktail/semi-formal. We kindly ask you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or tshirts. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and our groomsmen will be in black suits for reference! Please do not wear white, we have seen too many Reddit stories to not include this :)

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers and videographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones turned off and away until cocktail hour. We will share all of our professional photos with our guests!

There is no smoking allowed on the property, with the exception of the designated smoking room. Please do not smoke anywhere else but the designated smoking room as the Bride and Groom will be charged a fee. Staff can direct you to this area if needed.

Unless explicitly stated on your invitation, children will not be invited. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

We will be making our exit at 10 pm and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
