Chris and Joelle met freshman year in English class year of 2019. They were best friends from there on. Making fun of each other 24/7, denying liking each other as anything more, and friend zoning one another is how it all began. Supporting each other at lacrosse or volleyball games. The playing hard to get became too hard to act like they didn't really like one another more than friends. Eventually best friends lead to something more. Getting through high school together, next came him leaving for the military. They did long distance for about a year, being one of the toughest years yet. Joelle moved out to live with Chris in Pensacola while in training for the military. From there on their relationship grew from boyfriend and girlfriend to husband and wife. What once was a dream of living together became a reality. They became one and began building their own family. No matter the hardships thrown their way they worked together through it all. This lead to them moving to San Diego where they call home now. They live with a 6 month old golden retriever who they call their kid.

They may not know what happens next or where they will end up, but they know they have each other. Their journey has only grown their relationship and continues to. They knew it was meant to be from the time they met.

Their spark has continued to blossom. From the moment they met in freshman English, to the moment they walked on stage at graduation they knew this was forever. To the best 6 years of knowing each other and the best 5 years of getting to be together and many more to come.
