Passports- Please make sure passport does not expire 6 months before travel or they may not allow you to fly. If you need to purchase or renew a passport keep in mind the arrival date has recently been longer than expected. Passport deliveries have been backed up please plan accordingly to avoid any delays.


Flights- Flights can be book with travel agent when booking rooms. Direct flights out of Newark and JFK airports with Jet Blue airlines. Length of flight 4 hours and 47 minutes. Non-direct flights Philadelphia/Baltimore airlines include Delta, American, and United airlines.

Hotel- Wedding destination St. Lucia Sandals Grande. The Resort is all inclusive including drinks, food, and water sports. Day and night entertainment and live shows. 24 hour access to pools and hot tubs. Once you arrive kick your feet up and relax with no worries. Sandals resort has a no tipping policy so dont worry about bringing too much extract cash. Credit cards accepted for any purchases or excursions one may want to book on the island. Other Hotel accommodations- There is a total of 3 sandal resorts in St. Lucia. Sandals provides free shuttle between all other sandal resorts on the island. Enjoy the stay at 1 play at 3! Sandals Regency La Toc- around 27 minute transfer. (golf course location 9 holes and green fees included)
Sandals Halcyon Beach- around 19 minute transfer.
Any other hotel accommodations other than sandals will cost a fee to enter resort for the wedding. Please contact hotel for pricing if staying outside of sandal resorts.


Save an additional 10%- For firefighters, Military, Police, and FEMA. Please mention when booking room for discount. You will be required to show proof when on resort.


Free Van Transportation- Wait for your free resort shuttle transfer in the comfort of Sandals airport lounge. An Attendant will check your bags and arrange for your transfer while you relax in the air-conditioned lounge that offers refreshments and snacks. Please provide resort with flight information so they can arrange transfer prior to arrival. After booking you should receive email request for flight information. We recommend bringing Dramamine for motion sickness due to winding roads when transporting to hotel. Transfer from airport to hotel is around 90 minutes.

Helicopter transfer- looking for a quick transfer and to see the beautiful island from above? Helicopter transfer is around 237pp and about 15 minutes. You then will transfer by private car to hotel which is around another 15 minutes. This can be reserved when booking room please mention to travel agent for best pricing if interested.
Water Ferry transfer- enjoy a breathtaking view of the amazing turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and the exotic coast of Saint Lucia.
