FAQs

How do I RSVP?

RSVP will be available here on the website under the RSVP tab. There will be space to indicate the number of guests attending, select your meal preference, make note if you have dietary restrictions, and request a favorite song!

When is the RSVP deadline?

We request you submit your RSVP by Saturday, May 18, 2024.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, so we suggest arriving around 30 minutes early. Please keep in mind that cars can be seen and heard from the ceremony location when you plan your arrival time.

Is the event inside or outside?

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass in an open area with minimal shade (weather permitting), so please plan your attire accordingly. Cocktail hour will be both inside the air-conditioned barn as well as outside underneath the barn on a patio. The reception will be inside of a large tent.

What is the dress code/attire?

We request that you dress in cocktail attire. Again, please keep in mind that the ceremony is outside on grass.

Are there wedding colors?

Yes, the wedding party will be wearing dusty rose pink attire and/or accessories.

Can I bring a plus one or children?

The number of guests included in your party will be clearly listed on your invitation and when you RSVP online.

What is the parking situation?

There is a large gravel parking lot on the property where you can park your cars. There will be parking directions, so please follow those and do not park on any lawn areas.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer to capture the ceremony. After the ceremony concludes, we encourage guests to take and/or post pictures. Feel free to use the QR codes posted around the wedding to add photos to our shared folder, so we can share with everyone!

Is this event handicap accessible?

The furthest walk will be from the parking lot down to the ceremony location. There will be a golf cart present to drive guests down to the ceremony and up to cocktail hour afterwards if desired or necessary. There are ramps into the barn as well as the tent.

Who can I contact with any additional questions?
