Wedding Transportation Schedule

To ensure all guests arrive safely and on time, we’ve arranged complimentary required shuttle service between our designated hotels and the venue.

Departure to the Venue

Downtown Sonoma (24 W Spain St

Sonoma, CA 95476) & The Lodge

First Bus: 2:00 PM

Second Bus: 2:30 PM

Shuttles will pick up guests from both Downtown Sonoma and The Lodge before continuing directly to the venue.

MacArthur Place

Dedicated Bus: 2:00 PM and 2:20PM

This bus will pick up guests exclusively from MacArthur Place and head straight to the venue.

Return Transportation

Buses will run throughout the evening to ensure everyone can return safely to their hotels after the celebration.

Continuous loops will service Downtown Sonoma, The Lodge, and MacArthur Place for convenient departures.
