Both of us have walked through seasons of brokenness and struggle—facing pain, and the complexities of life. Johnny has been a beloved part of New City for many years, though there were times when life pulled him away from the path he knew. Raised by a mother who loved him deeply and never stopped praying for his return to God, Johnny’s heart found its way back to faith, and that was a joy both for him and for her. Rosie’s story echoes a similar journey; though she grew up in a home rooted in faith, there were years when she wandered off that path, only to return to the arms of grace.

Through the winding roads and lessons learned along the way, both of us found our way back to the place where we truly belong. It was at New City that our paths crossed—and when they did, it felt like the missing piece of our lives had finally fallen into place. What began as an internship blossomed into something far more meaningful. It’s hard to imagine now, but Johnny waited a year and a half before gathering the courage to ask Rosie out—life truly has a way of teaching patience!

The bond we've built has been forged through our shared history, and the way we’ve learned to lean on one another for support and understanding has only made us stronger. We've both faced our demons, but we’ve also discovered the power of grace and love to heal even the deepest wounds. Our connection is a living testament to redemption and the undeniable truth that no story is beyond the reach of grace.
