Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Parking is extremely limited at Aspen Grove, please allow ample time. There is a free overflow parking lot just north of the venue within walking distance.
Paid parking is available at the Hyatt and is only a short walk to the venue. (See map below for these two parking options in relation to the venue).
We will have a few cars shuttling from the Cornerstone Community Church (across the street from the Incline Lodge) starting at 3:00pm. Cars can be left there overnight if needed.

Do you have a room block anywhere?
Yes! We have a room block at the Incline Lodge. What is the dress code for your wedding?
Semi-Formal: We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail dress, suit, or dress shirt and tie. Please note, the ceremony and reception will take place outside on grass with potentially uneven surfaces. Choose shoes with this in mind :)
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Yes! We invite our guests to join us for a welcome reception on Thursday, July 18th at the Incline Lodge between 6-9pm. This will be a central place to meet, have a drink, enjoy some small bites together since most will be traveling from out of town.
If you are staying through the weekend, we will be enjoying a beach day on Saturday, 7/20 and would love for you to join and keep the festivities going!
We reserved a covered picnic area at North Tahoe Beach (across the street from Kings Beach Safeway) starting at 11:00am
Mexican food will be provided. BYOB!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We're sorry but we just don't have the space in our venue to accommodate plus ones/children etc. unless otherwise specified.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner with a selection of meats, side dishes and salads.
Will you accommodate dietary restrictions/allergies?
Yes, kindly let us know via text/email so we can plan accordingly.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please visit the registry link HERE. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
What is the wedding day itinerary and what time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, please allow ample time for parking and transportation to the venue. It’s recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony beginning to ensure we start on time.
Cocktail hour will immediately follow at the same location, with drinks and hors d'oeuvres served. There will be lawn games to play while the wedding party and family take photos. Dinner reception to follow (also at the same location).
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We politely request an unplugged ceremony so that we can all be present to share in this special moment. We welcome and encourage photos throughout the rest of the wedding! We will have a QR code to upload photos our guests capture.
