Before Jamaica:

-Fill out the C5 form provided by VIP prior to departure

-Screenshot or print your C5 form to have handy. You are required to show this to Airport staff when you land

In Jamaica:

We recommend leaving phones on Airplane mode; you can connect to the airport and resort WiFi. This avoids the need for an international data plan

-Stop at yellow kiosks to scan passport and print entry ticket

-Grab any checked luggage and follow signs to customs

-Make your way to the Sandals Lounge, inform staff of your name so they can direct you to your resort shuttle

-Sandals Lounge includes bathrooms/beer/snacks/water

-If you get car sick, it is recommended to take a Dramamine for the bumpy ride
