If you are flying in before the 19th to the Philippines then book Manila airport. My mom house has extra rooms for us to stay in for free. The air b and b is booked for the 19th to 23rd closer to the venue. Which is 5 hours away from Manila. You can ride van to get there or fly direct. Or you can take the ferry across the bay.
The 19th or later is Clark international airport closer to the venue.
