John and Thalia met in 2011 at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). They met at the Lighthouse Dorms- both as Deaf Studies majors. Their first encounter was pretty casual, but little did they know that they would soon start dating.

Upon graduating, and beginning their careers, they decided that it was time to get married. The two college sweethearts are excited to exchange vows in the presence of family and friends.
