The most convenient airport is Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), which offers direct flights from many major U.S. cities. From there, Joigny is easily accessible by train or car.

We are recommending guests to hire a car service to get to and from the Chateau. (Service contact coming soon). This guarantees you make it seamlessly with your luggage.

Tarvel by Train: Book on SNCF route Paris to Joigny

Joigny is just 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris via direct TER trains departing from Gare de Bercy.

The train station is about 45 min from CDG by taxi or metro, so please plan your train time accordingly.

If you would like to take the train here is what we have learned:

- the Paris station crowds on the platform, so seats fill up fast if you're not ready to board

- there is space above the seats for luggage but it only fits carry on suitcases

- if you have large, checked suitcases you can put them near the toilets and sit in the pull-down chairs, but it is not ideal and hard to board

- the train can experience delays

- Going back to Paris look at the train route, trains coming from Dijon and Lyon fill up prior to Joigny so you may be standing on the train back

- Joigny is a 1 min stop so you have to get off quick

Travel by Rental Car:

Château du Feÿ is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris via the A6 motorway. Take Exit 18 toward Joigny, then continue for about 15 km before turning toward Villecien. There is plenty onsite parking available for all guests. There are multiple rental car companies at the airport.
