Hello family & friends
Thank you for visiting our page. We look forward to seeing you on our wedding day and sharing this special time of celebration with you.
We love you,
The future Mr. & Mrs. Polkow
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will ONLY be able to accommodate those listed in your invitation who you accepted invitation for. If you declined for a plus 1 unfortunately that spot has been released and given to another guest. We are currently at our full capacity. IF something changes we will let you know.
Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Our venue contains a lot of grass. So for those wearing heels, wedges or blocks may be preferred.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/cocktail attire.
Are there Covid protocols to follow?
Covid protocols keep changing day to day so it is hard to predict. If you are vaccinated please have proof of it handy that day. Save a picture of it on your phone. Regardless of vaccinated or not we all know you can still spread or get covid. On that note we are encouraging all of our guests to get covid tested no more than a couple days prior to wedding and to please be extra cautious these next few weeks. This is for everyone's peace of mind and wellbeing. We want to celebrate with all of you and have a great time making memories while keeping each other healthy.
Can guests take pictures and videos of ceremony?
Pictures and video of ceremony is being taken care of. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking any pictures or videos of our wedding ceremony. We feel it is too distracting to see guests with phones in hands and also takes away from the intimacy and privacy of our special moment. However, after ceremony if we're not drafted immediately by our photographer we welcome selfies/pictures with you and we can also take pictures at our reception. Thank you in advance for your understanding and respecting our wishes.
Is there a gift registry?
Not at this time but if you would like to be a blessing to us there will be a greeting card box available at reception venue.
Is there going to be seating assignments?
No seating assignments at wedding ceremony. Only some reserved rows for our wedding party.
However, at our reception there will be assigned tables. A table assignment list will be available at the reception hall and tables will be numbered to help you find your assigned table. Make sure to look for that list upon your arrival to avoid any confusion. Lists will be in alphabetical order by first names. Lastly, yes you'll be assigned a table mostly for dinner but we hope to see you on the dance floor. We also encourage our guests to walk around and mingle. If you're seating with others you may not know. Feel free to get to know them. We are so excited to have those who love us celebrate this union with us. Rain or shine, IT'S GONNA BE A GREAT DAY!
