Our Wedding

We met at Mississippi State, two individuals with separate lives but connected by shared passions. The gym was our sanctuary, and our mutual dedication to fitness became a silent understanding between us. Beyond that, we both had an undeniable love for God and an eagerness to explore the world, to travel and see what lies beyond the familiar. Little did we know, that path would soon lead us on a journey neither of us could have predicted. Our first memorable moment together came just a month after we met, when we found ourselves stuck in the woods of Bankhead National Forest, AL. It could have been the kind of situation that would push two people apart, but for us, it was the opposite. That adventure, the uncertainty of where we were, if we would get out, and the shared experience of finding our way together became the moment we realized how deeply our connection ran. It was in that chaos, navigating the trails of Alabama, that we truly found each other. What drew us even closer was our shared relationship with God. We found strength in Him, and our faith intertwined seamlessly with our bond. It wasn’t just about the things we enjoyed or the places we dreamed of visiting—it was the alignment of our hearts and souls, the deep connection to something bigger than ourselves. We discovered that we both shared not only similar goals but the same ambitions: to grow together, challenge one another, and always keep God at the center of everything. As we continue this journey, whether hiking through life’s challenges or planning our next adventure, what keeps us grounded is the unwavering faith and love we have for each other—and for the One who brought us together.
