What date should I RSVP by?

To help us get a better idea of numbers RSVP as soon as possible but no later than April 13.

Will there be parking at the venue?

The Ridge at Greenbluff has plenty of parking for all who wish to drive. A staff member will be present to direct you on where to park once you arrive.

What should I wear?

The dress code is dressy casual but make sure to dress for the weather. The ceremony and reception are outdoors and it is May in Spokane. The weather may be in the mid 40s or may be in the 80s. Make sure to check the weather before packing and consider bringing a light jacket.

Are there reserved blocks at hotels for the wedding?

We have reserved rooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Spokane Valley. There is a link for 15% off your stay in the travel tab above.

Will there be food options for those with allergies or dietary restrictions?

We will be having a taco bar where the entrees will be gulten free and dairy free. The sides may not follow these restrictions but should be clearly labled. We will also have a gulten free and dairy free dessert option. If you have any concerns feel free to reach out write in a question on the rsvp form on the tab above.

Will there be an open bar?

We will have a selection of beers and wines for you to enjoy but no tradional bar.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The wedding starts at 4pm so you are welcome to show up up to an hour early to visit with other guests. We ask that you start finding your seats 15 minutes before 4pm.

What time will the reception end?

There are noise ordinances in place at Greenbluff, where the wedding is held, so we will be wrapping up our celebration at 9pm.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and the reception?

We are excited to celebrate with all of you so there will only be a short time gap between the ceremony and the reception for some family photos. You are welcome to enjoy coffee, lemonade, and the open bar during this time.
