Shuttle will pick up at 3:30pm from the DoubleTree, and will return to the DoubleTree after reception.

If you need a room for Thursday, August 27, please first book your Friday and Saturday nights through the room block. Once you receive your confirmation number, email Mickayla at mickayla.Goodwin@hilton.com to have Thursday added to your reservation. If Thursday is not added this way, your reservation won’t be part of the block and you may be required to switch rooms.
