Our historic event venue Echo Lake Inn has a smattering of idiosyncratic rooms that will accommodate about half of our guests. They will also work in partnership with The Inn at Water's Edge, a beautiful BnB across the street.

Preference for these limited rooms has been given to those in the wedding party and to guests with particular needs, such as those needing kitchens, those able to use multi-bed units, or those who are flying in (esp. internationally) and will not have access to vehicles.

Once you RSVP, please contact John and Ming to inquire whether you have been allocated a room at Echo Lake Inn / Inn at Water's Edge or will need to seek accommodation in Ludlow, just a few minutes away (details below).

Ludlow is a beautiful Vermont town with a gorgeous downtown for walking and a variety of options for accommodation. Below are several of our favorites, though we have not reserved special rooms or rates with them.

AirBnB: These may get booked-out any time, but there are 5-10 AirBnB/VRBO options within a mile of Echo Lake Inn. They could be a great option if you prefer the feeling of a home to that of a hotel, want to share accommodations with family/friends, or prefer walking to driving.

Main + Mountain: A charming motel in downtown Ludlow with a beautiful building and great walking location: mainandmountain.com

Okemo: Our venue is just moments away from Okemo Mountain. Several of their resort hotels are open all summer at a variety of prices and packages: okemo.com/plan-your-trip/stay/okemo-lodging

RUTLAND REGIONAL AIRPORT (RUT): This airport is small but closer to the venue (30 minutes).

BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOS): This airport is 2 or 2.5 hours from the venue, but it can work with carpooling.
