What day should I RSVP by?
April 4th, 2026
What is the address of the venue?
9315 194th Drive, Winfield, KS 67156
What time should I arrive?
Guests can start arriving around 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM.
Can I bring a guest?
We have a set number of people we are planning for. We ask to stick to the names that are included on your invitation. If you are curious as to who is included on your invite, please reach out.
Do I need anything for the reception?
First - It is a cash bar, so make sure to bring ID and form of payment.
Second - Guests will be invited to participate in the Dollar Dance. To participate, guests will pin dollar bills (in any amount) to the bride or groom to share a dance on their special day.
What's the drink situation?
There will be a cash bar.
Water, tea, and lemonade will be provided.
Should I plan for indoor or outdoor?
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception indoors. In the case of rain, the ceremony will move indoors.
Please note that the drive way up to the venue and between the ceremony/reception area is loose rock.
What is the dress code?
Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal. The wedding has a spring floral theme. Check out the "Wedding Attire" section for examples.
Will there be a cocktail hour?
Yes! Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be able to grab small plates of food and drinks.
Also, feel free to roam the property and see all the pretty landscaping. The owners have put a lot of work and detail into renovating the property.
Please feel free to grab pictures with the newly weds when you see they are free.
What's for dinner?
Dinner will be a salad and elevated pasta bar.
There will also be a snack table and wedding cake.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let Joie know as soon as possible, so she can ask for accommodations from the caterer.
Caterer will be onsite up to the end of dinner if you have any questions about whether a food meets your dietary needs.
What if I drink too much and need a ride?
There will be plenty of people that don't drink. If you plan on drinking, please consider staying at either the Super 8 or Quality Inn as they are a short drive from the venue and would make it easy to get you a sober driver.
If you find yourself in a tipsy situation, please find a member of the wedding party to help you find a sober driver.
Anyone interested in being a sober driver and offering rides, please reach out to Joie, so she can make a list.
