Guests that select to stay with Courtyard will receive discounted rates starting at $199+TAX along with free parking, free WiFi, free daily breakfast, access to the on-site bar and indoor pool.
NOTES: The discount rates are available from Friday, November 8th – Sunday, November 10th and must be reserved by Friday, October 18th. If you would like to arrive early or depart later, please contact our travel coordinator (Kye.Lyles@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “Rogers-Larson Wedding”.
Shuttle (Hotel Block Guests Only)
For those of you who have reserved your stay at Courtyard by Marriott Denver South Park Meadows through our hotel block, there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you to and from the venue. There will only be one shuttle to the ceremony so make sure you are not late. Coming home, there will be an early shuttle and a late shuttle.

• 3:00 PM: Shuttle Departs from Courtyard
• 9:00 PM: 1st Shuttle Departs from Spruce Mountain, drops any early departing guests at Courtyard
• 11:00 PM: 2nd Shuttle Departs from Spruce Mountain Ranch, drops remaining guests at Courtyard
