For those invited to the reception only, there is no dinner provided

only hors d'oeuvers and dessert available!

We have 15 double queen bed rooms with a lake view and balcony at Double Tree Bemidji, 218-441-4400, under the name Willis/Simon Wedding blocked off for anyone coming from out of town who would like the convenience of booking a room without the stress of searching!

We also have 15 double queen bed rooms blocked off at candlewood suites of Bemidji, 218-497-3000, to reserve a room, use either of our last names and ask about a room from the room block! Check in time is any time after 3 pm on the 25th at the candlewood suites.

The rooms are blocked for the nights of the 25th and 26th! To secure a room you must call and book before June 20th 2025! Feel free to book your own rooms elsewhere, this is simply for convenience! For any further questions, please refer to the numbers above and discuss with the hotels!
