What should I wear?
Dress code is semi formal; please be comfy and warm. Jeans may be pushing it but if they're real nice we don't mind that much! Dress pants and a shirt? Even better. A nice dress? We love it! Length of dress does not matter but it is December!
Are children allowed?
We love children (Breanna especially!) but we have chosen to have no children at our wedding due to space and budget restrictions. If you have any concerns please reach out to us!
Can we say hi to the couple after the ceremony?
Unfortunately, we have a very small window in which to get our family, couple, and wedding portraits done directly after the ceremony! We would like to request that all guests please leave the ceremony venue in a timely manner and we will be so happy to see you at the reception!
What should we do between ceremony and reception?
We have a great list of fun things to do in Edmonton on this website! Feel free to use those, grab a bite to eat, take a nap, whatever your heart desires!
I love 'X' song! Can you please play it?
Potentially! Please let us know if you have any song requests and we can likely add it to the playlist!
What gifts would the couple like?
We will have a registry however, we already own a lot of the basic necessities and we are hoping to move to Vancouver in the next few months. We would highly appreciate cash or gift cards (IKEA, VISA, grocery) to help us with the move and with purchasing new items in Vancouver! The more physical items we receive, the more expensive our move will be so help us keep our U-Haul costs down!
Can I have a plus one?
Our invitations will be addressed specifically if you have a plus one or a partner we would like to attend the day! If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us, we may be able to accommodate however we are pretty restricted due to venue capacities.
Will you have a bar?
Yes! We will have a toonie bar available. Drink tickets will be $2 each and can be paid for in cash or by etransfer (email provided at the bar). We will also provide wine for each table for speeches and toasts!
