After guests select a cottage, they will be led to the next page which will show them a total amount due that includes taxes and a one-time cleaning fee. Please note that any unbooked cottage will be released around December 22 (about a month prior to the stay). However, guests who are associated with your party can always contact us to do a booking and we will extend the group discount rate to them.
