2016 when we first met...the start of our work love saga!

Visiting Italy 3 times in our first year together, which is why it holds a special place in our hearts.

We travelled to Iceland, Mauritius & Cologne together, and John experienced his first Musselwhite family holiday to Barbados. Beautiful memories were made but a couple of funny tummies!

We ticked a few off the bucket list this year; New York, Toulouse, Lake Maggiore Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, & Australia, whilst attending our friends wedding. John also handed his notice in to start his family business!

Lockdown led us to many things...John asking Ellen to move in with him/to quarantine together as he travelled to the USA when Trump said not too... Ellen experienced her first redundancy but to her surprise she did secure a job at the start of the pandemic, regular home haircuts (as you can see) by Ellen, plenty of walking, lots of gin, wine & pool days and John gradually got to see Ellens blonde go away, with her natural ginger here to stay! We did squeeze in a little trip to the Cotswolds when some restrictions were lifted, and also a Day family trip to Norfolk for Johns 30th birthday!

2021 was a year of UK Staycations... Cornwall, Isle of Wight, a Treehouse Hideout & visiting Bath. We eventually got kicked out the 'Bridal Suite' and moved in with Barry & Juliet. This was the start of us working together and also buying our first home in Thorpe le Soken. Although, we had an incredible year together, John unfortunately lost his beloved Granny and brown bear Alfie. They will forever be missed.

We hit our 100th wedding, had a Day family trip to the Lake District, John eventually got to go on his 30th birthday trip to Split, Hvar & Dubrovnik (another dodgy tummy moment) celebrated lots of friends weddings & finished a successful year visiting Florida with friends. To Ellen's surprise, John popped the question in Siesta Key followed by a little getaway to Miami! A week before John got on one knee, we unfortunately, over FaceTime, said goodbye to the Musselwhite's little fluffy princess, Honey. We miss her to this day and still cannot believe that she wasn't here when we returned engaged for our next chapter.

We visited Copenhagen, booked our wedding venue & had a day trip back to Rome, celebrated more friends weddings, had a Day family trip to Scotland and visited France for another friends wedding. We have also planned a holiday to Dubai with friends and are going back to Barbados in December with Ellen's parents for Christmas.

Ellens 30th birthday and the year we become husband and wife!
