The wedding will be entirely outdoors. Please dress accordingly. The venue is paved with cement floors and turf. The turf will prevent women’s high heels from sinking into the ground.

Valet parking will be included at no charge to our guests. Parking will be on site at the venue. When entering Hartley Botanica, you will be greeted by valet parking. The valet will take your car and park for you so you are escorted directly into the venue.

Yes of course! If you have any dietary restrictions, please make us aware immediately to accommodate you, if possible. During cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres will be passed around. Dinner will be buffet style.

As much as we love them, we have decided to make our special day an ADULTS ONLY celebration. This will allow for all guests to enjoy themselves.

We would prefer your presence rather than your presents! Your presence at our wedding is a present enough, but if we are honoured with a gift from you, a gift of money would really make our day.
