Samantha Ledbetter is 17 years old and Jonathan’s sister. She has been best friends with the bride for 4 years and has loved every minute of it, including making some of the best memories with her. She also gets the greatest honor of being the maid of honor.

Cheyanne loves spending her free time with the ones she loves and is a very creative person who’s often singing wherever she goes. She has the privilege of knowing Madi and Jon because she is engaged to Zach, Jon’s brother.

Emily met The bride in homeschooling program and they bonded over their faith in Jesus and the boys they loved so dearly. Emily is very outgoing and kind to whomever she meets.

Zach Ledbetter is Jon’s older brother and is honored to be his best man. Zach and Jon have grown up doing lots of hobbies together, some of the most recent ones are cars, backpacking and pickleball.

Logan is John’s cousin and longtime friend. Over the years, he’s shared countless memories with John, from family trips and silly jokes to meaningful late-night conversations. He’s honored to stand by Jon’s side as he marries his amazing fiancée, Madi, and is excited to celebrate with them both in this new chapter of their life.

Wedding Party

Brides Perspective I met Jonny at a mutual friends birthday party, at first Jonny was really quiet and he didn’t say a word to me, later I found out that he didn’t really like me. A few months pass and we started to get closer, I remember he used to show up outside of my house every couple of days and we would talk until the sun went down sometimes. We would walk or ride skateboards to the park or the levee, or even just to random gas stations and eat snacks in the park all day. One day in January of 2023 Jonny showed up outside of my house and he was acting sort of weird, I kept asking what was wrong and eventually he told me he liked me, and I liked him too. A few months later in May, we sat down with our parents and asked for permission to court each other and they gave us the green light. These past 3 years together have been amazing. We have had hard times, but we have both grown so much together, we have shared most milestones together in our teenage years, we have both watched each other get our licenses, our first jobs and our first cars. In December of 2025, me and Jonnys family all went to Florida to visit our friends for their wedding, I had known Jonny was planning to propose soon, and I had hoped it was going to be in Florida but I was told It was not happening so I gave up on hoping. However, on the second day of our trip we had planned to take pictures for Sammies graduation and so we planned to go to the botanical gardens in Gainesville Florida. Cheyanne casually mentioned how she wanted to take pictures of me and Jon for her portfolio and so we both got dressed up to take pictures, little did I know this was the plan all along. We had searched for this really pretty tree and when we found it Jonny started dancing with me, country swing. He did this move called the proposal where you get down on one knee and twirl the girl around so he did that once and then he did it again, on the second time he pulled out a ring and said “madi, will you be the best part of my life and marry me?” And through a shower of tears and rain, i said yes!

Grooms Perspective I met Madi though a mutual friend I thought she was cute but that the time I was still scared of girls (rightfully so I believe) but Madi was not like all the other girls I have met previously. For some reason Madi was just easier to be around she quickly became a member of are little group of homeschoolers kid. Madi was fun, kind and something about her made me what to never leave her side her smile was infectious I loved it. (this was all before we knew we like each other) Shortly after she started giving me bracelets and scrunchies. I was taking to a buddy and we figured she liked me so I did what any single guy would do and told her I liked her she liked me too, we have been dating for 3 years and we have had a lot of ups and down God has redeemed us though it all and to this day is still blessing us with the breath of life every day. Madi has been there when I got my drivers license and my first car and motorcycle she was there when I graduated and I got her. She has been in my corner helping me get up with the word of God every time I fall, she has always been there sense I meet her. And now we are getting married!

Dress code: Cocktail (semi-formal) Our celebration will be an outdoor, spring-inspired garden affair in Marysville, CA on May 30, 2026. The palette is light pink, white, with accents of gold and greenery—please dress accordingly. Expect warm weather (around 90–100°F), so lightweight, breathable fabrics are recommended. Guidance: - Women: A knee-length or long dress in light fabrics and soft colors (pastels, rose, cream) is appropriate. - Men: A button‑up shirt with slacks; a lightweight blazer is optional. Yuba city has many hotel/motel options, The weekend of May 30th is very busy because of Memorial Day. The wedding is held out in the country of Marysville it’s about a 25 minute drive from Yuba city, make sure to book your hotels sooner rather than later!
