For convenience, we encourage all of our guests to stay at a Milford Hospitality Hotel (La Posada, Hotel Fauchere, Tom Quick Inn). We are so excited that you are willing to spend your Memorial Day Weekend with us, but we understand that there is holiday pricing. Therefore, we do have a group rate available at the Best Western Hotel (see Lodging tab for link), about 10 minutes outside of Milford. We are also happy to help connect you with rental properties in Milford, Lake Owassa, or the surrounding areas. Regardless of your choice, we encourage you to book early.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:15pm. Please plan to arrive at Kittle Field Pavilion by 3:00pm at the latest. Kittle Field is a five-minute drive from the park entrance, so please plan accordingly.

We are not providing any formal transportation. We highly encourage carpooling to and from our ceremony site. Alternatively, we recommend using the local taxi services, which are inexpensive and can be scheduled ahead of time. Please note that Milford only has a handful of Uber and Lyft drivers, so this may not be a reliable option. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, rain or shine! The Kittle Field Pavilion is covered, and the Hotel Fauchere Garden will be tented if necessary. Our reception is indoors.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has a limited capacity. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one or children unless they are named on the invitation, or if specifically asked when completing the RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Parking both at the ceremony and reception site is plentiful and free! There is a parking lot directly at Kittle Field, and another just a short walk away at Stony Lake. There are many free, self-parking areas within Milford. We ask that you kindly leave the parking spaces directly in front of the Tom Quick Inn for our guests with mobility challenges.
