All guests are invited to book a room at the Thayer Hotel, where the ceremony and reception are being held. We have a block of rooms set aside for both Friday and Saturday night. Please feel free to block your rooms prior to formal invitations. You may reserve by calling (800) 247-5047 or Local (845) 446-4731 and requesting the Mazziotti/Martinez Wedding Rate. Please have rooms booked by September 15th, 2020 (hotel does not accept American Express). Please be aware that check in time is at 4:00 PM and the ceremony is set to begin at 5:00 PM sharp on Saturday. If you are planning to make a weekend out of it, and stay both Friday and Saturday, let me know so that we can include you in planning pre-wedding festivities!

Please be aware that a photo ID is required to enter the grounds of the hotel as it is located on the grounds of West Point Military Academy! If your ID is not a NYS ID, double check with me or the hotel in advance so that we can sort it out as there are some restrictions to what can be used.

Additionally, there are a number of other hotel and AirBnb options in the surrounding neighborhood that may better suit your needs. Please do let us know if you book outside of The Thayer Hotel for the weekend. I would be happy to provide you with information for other options, just reach out if you require assistance!
