***PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE BY 3:45 PMThis will allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins. Muir Chapel offers two parking options: Main Parking Lot (Blue on Map)The main parking lot is located directly in front of the chapel and is marked in blue on the map above. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please only park in the gravel spaces as the paved driveway is reserved for vendors. Overflow Parking Lot (Yellow on Map)Additional parking is available in the overflow lot, indicated by the yellow circle on the map. To access this lot, follow the yellow highlighted route shown above. You will turn off the main road onto a gravel back road, which will lead you to the lot. After parking, follow the gravel sidewalk path (shown as the red line on the map) toward the chapel. This path will bring you to the rear of the building near the reception area. Please continue walking around the building to the main entrance by the front parking lot. Once inside, please wait in the lobby for an usher to show you to your seats.

Parking & Arrival

Q: What time should I arrive?A: Due to the parking arrangements and layout of the venue, we are kindly asking all guests arrive by 3:45pm to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted ceremony. This will allow adequate time for everyone to find their way inside and be seated before the start of the ceremony. Doors to the chapel will close at 3:55pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Thank you for helping us keep this moment intimate and undisturbed. Q: Do I get a plus 1?A: Muir chapel has limited capacity. All guests have been formally invited or included in an invitation. Please adhere to the party labeled on your invitation or grouped with your name when placing your RSVP (including children). Q: What’s the dress code?A: Cocktail/Semi-formal Q: How do I RSVP?A: The RSVP window is now closed. Q: Where will the ceremony and reception take place?A: Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Muir Chapel. The reception will start shortly after the conclusion of the ceremony in a covered outdoor event space on site. The venue address is 813 Gilliland Rd Louisville, KY 40245. Q: Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?A: No. We kindly ask guests to silence their phones and be fully present during the ceremony. We trust our photographers and videographers will capture all the perfect moments! Jonathan (Johnny) and Gabrielle (Gabby) first met at the University of Kentucky. They hit it off right away and officially began dating just a month later. Since then, their relationship has flourished, growing stronger through the shared experiences of young adulthood, launching their careers, and beginning their lives together. Just one year into their relationship, they even adopted their first child together - Hank! Named after country music star Hank Williams Jr, he is a brown tabby cat who’s especially looking forward to his parents finally sharing a home so he can see them both everyday! Since their engagement, they have adopted a second cat named Daisy. Since their relationship began, Jonathan graduated from UK with a degree in Sales &amp; Marketing and now works as an Area Sales Manager in the Commercial Development Program at GE Appliances. Gabby studied cosmetology at Paul Mitchell and is a licensed Hair Stylist at Pure Salon on Bardstown Road (feel free to check out their website to book an appointment)! Together, they dream of someday owning businesses and rental properties. In their free time, Johnny and Gabby love making memories together. Whether they’re at a concert, exploring theme parks, spending a day at the lake, trying out new restaurants and coffee shops, or simply relaxing with a good movie or TV show, the couple always finds peace in each others company. They also enjoy going on walks and having conversations about their goals, dreams, and future plans. From college sweethearts to soon-to-be newlyweds, Jonathan and Gabby have shared countless laughter, dreams, and dates, and are excited to share that with each other forever as spouses. As they begin this next chapter, Jonathan and Gabby are filled with gratitude for each other, their friends, families, and all who have supported them along the way. They can’t wait to celebrate their love surrounded by the people who mean the most on April 18th!
