Within the first few days back at Allegheny College for the start of Jon's sophomore year, he noticed a cute girl walking around campus who he hadn't seen before! It was Jenny! They first talked at a Christian meet and greet for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, only a few days after he noticed her. He then proceeded to beat her in 3 straight games of spikeball mercilessly, and the rest is history! They started dating in September!

Jon and Jenny then went on to do all of college together, making many memories together. Jenny loved going to watch Jon play baseball, especially that time he hit 2 home runs in one day! They loved going to visit each other's families for holidays in OH or PA, and sometimes NY! They loved going to their regular dinner and sweet treat spots in Meadville and continued to do so even after Jon graduated! Jon loved coming back to Meadville for Jenny's senior year to watch her sing at church on the worship team! They always loved hanging out with as many of their friends as they could while at Allegheny!

Our Christian faith is the glue that holds us together and the foundation on which we stand every day. We strongly believe that if we first grow closer to God, we will only grow closer to each other. We both had a passion for leading Bible studies in college, reading God's word with each other, and participating in community through Allegheny's Fellowship of Christian Athletes and our church in Meadville. We love sharing our faith in all situations, whether it be singing worship songs in the car together or bringing friends to Church with us. Our number one goal in life is to build God's kingdom and joyfully fulfill the works that He has planned in advance for us!

We are both currently students at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, chasing our dreams of becoming doctors. When we aren't studying, you can usually find us on a pickleball court or at a local ice cream stand. We love to cook together, have random dance breaks in the kitchen, go on walks, and oh... study some more.

When Jenny and Jon aren't together, Jon likes to play pickleball with friends, shoot pool at the local pool hall, and go for bike rides. Jenny enjoys baking, watching her favorite shows, and trying new coffee shops with friends.

Pickleball has become one of our favorite pastimes. Jon proposed to Jenny this summer after a fun day on the courts! We are excited for our wedding in June, and can't wait to see all the family and friends that are able to be there and celebrate with us.
