This is the story about how a swipe right changed our lives forever. In March of 2023 Jonathon worked up the nerve to message this really pretty girl that had matched with him. Little did he know he would be messaging his future wife! After a week of battling food poisoning and texting constantly, they went on a date. Agave and Rye was the setting of their first date. Over tacos and margaritas they talked and laughed all night. They were hooked after an amazing first date. After making it official Kaylie had a great idea. Come home with and meet my entire family and friends all at the same time! Jonathon did great and the family fell in love with him just as Kaylie had. Everyone knew from the start that this was the one for Kaylie. From then they spent as much time together as possible. From dates, to family vacations, camping trips, movie nights, cooking together, getting chicken nugget to so much in between.

Jonathon knew it was finally time to seal the deal. So he worked up the nerve to ask for her parent's blessing. One weekend while Kaylie was at work he drove to Lima to talk to Neil and Anissa. Kaylie on the other hand was getting a little suspicious. Mostly because Jonathon was not a very sneaky person and sucks at lying. (which is a good quality in a husband!) Of course Neil and Anissa said yes! The planning for the perfect proposal had begun. December 30th was the date chosen. Surrounded by family Jonathon got down on one knee and popped the question. It was of course a YES! The rest is history and we are so excited to start building our lives together.
