Where are you registered?

Nowhere! Your presence is our present, truly. Hotels, flights, and ubers come with sticker prices. And with our limited budget, we want folks to have extra cash for meals out with us at some of our favorite local dives. If you want to send something in lieu of attendance or really can't rest without wrapping a gift, you can drop some travel funds in the open suitcase at the wedding -- or via Venmo @jonel-beach. If you have something extra special or personal, we won't stop you from loving on us. But please know that we are two middle-aged thrift store nerds whose house is busting at the seams already... and so we truly don't want a gift simply for the sake of gifting. We jusssst triumphantly finished donating a basement full of cherished keepsakes so we have room for Charley's ever-growing pile of needs.

Will it be live streamed?

No way, Jose. In our modest little ceremony, one of the things that makes this the most special is the genuine sense of connection and real presence together. We will share highlights with folks who can't make it (and we totally understand why 80 days notice is hard to pull off), but we want our ceremony to be screen-free unless we gave you a formal press pass.

Are kids and +1s invited?

While we believe the best vibes are often the most inclusive ones, we also want to foster a sense of true connection and be mindful of the fact we're serving chili in a one-bathroom house. So unless we have personal relationships with your children, partner, or drummer... please check in before passing along the invite. We want to prioritize folks who truly love us, know us, or can fake it very naturally for one day.

Will there be a mechanical bull?

The venue's insurance would not allow it. But you are still strongly encouraged to wear your spurs, pearl buttons, and bolo ties.

Is it an open bar?

No. This is a dry wedding. Just kidding. But drunk isn't a good look for anybody and this is a kid-friendly affair... so once the beers and wine boxes disappear, it *may* be time for folks to coordinate their after party plans, unless the newlywed energy keeps us up past our normal bedtime. Please see the "Things to Do" page in case you're looking to party on!

What is the appropriate attire?

It's a fall, western-inspired garden party in unpredictable weather. Simple dresses you can picnic in and casual suits or pearled button-downs are nice -- but please avoid anything super formal. We'd rather see you in a Canadian tuxedo than any formal black penguin attire. Grays, browns, earth tones, cowboy-inspired denims, and bitchin' mustaches are cool vibes -- please leave your t-shirts, golf shirts, or joggers at home. Think nice enough for the photos, but comfy enough for lawn games and campfires.

What if I have any mobility concerns or other special needs?

Please call us -- the sooner the better! We want to make sure you're 100% comfortable at our wedding!
