Complimentary parking is available in the Capitol Complex Parking Garage located at the corner of E. Grand Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. Metered parking is also available on the street surrounding the building.

Weather pending, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the Grand Terrance. The rest of the celebration will be held indoors.
