Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope or indicated when you RSVP.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. We hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

We will be organizing a bus to pick up before the wedding + drop off at the end of the night. Pick up locations will be from the two hotels in Arnprior (The Knights Inn & Quality Inn) at 5:00PM. The bus will pick you up from the venue and bring you back to both hotels at 1:00AM. There are also a few cabs in Arnprior if you need! If you have any questions please text Zoe, 613-915-2464.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:00pm, we recommend guests arrive between 5:30 - 5:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors. The reception will be under the tent. We have access to the club house for bathrooms the entire evening.

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. If you cannot find a parking spot, feel free to park along the road.

Yes! We will be having a buffet style dinner.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will carefully arrange tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

We would love for our friends & family to get fancy with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please keep in mind the entire evening will be held on the golf course. Ladies: block heels might be a better option instead of stilettos!
