Jenn Ullom - Matron of Honor
Jordan and I met in 2002. We were instant enemies, but our moms had different plans. After being forced on countless road trips we figured it would be best for everyone if we just became friends. Now, I can’t imagine spending a single day without talking to her. No, seriously, if she doesn’t respond to me in a few hours I will send someone to check on her. She’s the sister I never had and I could not imagine being anywhere but by her side. Ps. I’ll be the one sobbing uncontrollably.

Jordan and I were introduced during the first days of law school at Vanderbilt, but despite having everything in common from our sorority (Oo-oop!) to our actual names, we were not fast friends. In fact, I was convinced Jordan hated me after we attended an event together, but the object of her anger was the fact that she just couldn’t find any good bbq ribs. After we cleared that up, we were inseparable! I truly could not have survived law school without her. I was blessed to have her stand by my side as my maid of honor, and now I’m honored to do the same for her!

Jordan and I met in middle school when she transferred to my school and I got her lost trying to show her around campus during orientation. We used to look really similar (so much so that on more than one occasion our family members got confused about who was who while watching us play sports) and spent so much time together that our Moms would joke about having joint custody during summer breaks. Jordan quickly turned from friend to family, evidenced by the fact that my youngest cousin, who was born after Jordan and I adopted each other, did not realize she was not actually my mother’s child until a couple of years ago! As we have grown up we have stopped looking so similar but still can’t stand to be away from each other for very long—we both went to undergrad in New Orleans and now both live in Bay Area—and I am so happy to stand beside her while she takes this next step.

I met Jordan in 2014 in New Orleans as we crossed the burning sands pledging Delta together. Jordan’s monotone sarcasm and wit made me instantly aware that despite having 5 line sisters between us in our line, we’d be joined at the hip. Now eight years and two shared cities later I cant wait to be next to her at the alter.

I met Jordan, the cheerleader, when we started at Tulane in 2012 but it wasn’t until we became Deltas in 2014 that our relationship blossomed. I hold several titles: friend, ex-roommate, and line sister but I’m so excited to level up to bridesmaid! Coasts can’t keep us apart, whenever and however we link is a promised good time. I’ll always have Jordan’s back (quite literally in our line) but especially on her big day and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Jordan and I hit it off during our time at Vanderbilt. I met her through my husband, Steven, since they were in the same law class. We quickly discovered our shared love of friends, food, yoga, and gaming. I will never forget the countless nights sitting on Jordan’s couch with Jordyn and Steven, watching Game of Thrones and consuming ungodly amounts of wine and cheese! We have had the pleasure of celebrating New Years with Jordan and Khalif. But, this will be our first time bringing in the New Year with the Stevensons!

Jordan is a part of the Davis family so it’s only natural that we became friends. We really bonded during a couple of vacations we took together and discovered we share a love for good food and binge watching anything and everything. Instead of a book club we do tv club. Jordan is always a positive friend who I feel like I can say anything to, the good, the bad, and the silly, and that’s hard to find!

It’s my great honor and pleasure to be in Khalif and Jordan’s wedding! Khalif and I started out as baseball teammates in high school, and to this day he’s still #30 my centerfielder. We shared years together playing America’s pastime, hanging out late on weekends, and everything in between. He introduced me to Jordan four years ago and I’ve been a fan of their spice combos ever since!

Khalif and I met each other in the fall of 2015 and became fast friends. Through Kappa we’ve became brothers and shared countless memories. I’m honored to be apart of Khalif and Jordan’s special day and cant wait to celebrate them and their love!

Khalif aka the leaf, as an older brother he has been a great inspiration. It started when I was little playing him in basketball and always getting beat. Then with him giving me my first wooden baseball bats and teaching me how to pitch. No matter where I’m at or what I’m doing he’s always there to give me advice. Jordan thank you for treating me like family when I visited you two. When he asked me to be at their wedding I couldn’t deny. By the way I can beat him now in Madden and maybe some basketball.

Khalif and I first became friends on his many trips to Nashville visiting Jordan during law school. My first impression of him was that he was cool, collected and always up for a good time. Since then, our friendship has grown stronger as we’ve bonded over sports, gaming, and our New Years traditions. Over the years I’ve learned that, in addition to being cool and collected, Khalif is thoughtful and passionate. Khortlan and I are so blessed to have Jordan and Khalif as friends, and it’s an honor to be a part of their wedding.

Khalif and I first became friends when He came to St. Louis with Jordan to visit family. I have known Jordan since she was in third grade; she is like a sister to me. I am thankful to have both in my life. Despite Distance Khalif and I cultivated a friendship through online gaming, talking smack, and low-key life advice. In a short time Khalif has become more than a friend; he had become family. I appreciate Khalif’s candid honesty, compassion, and humor.

I never thought one of my best friends would be the first person I met at college & the person who stole all my food. Khalif holds a special spot not only in my heart as a brother but also to the entire Gammage family. He is an amazing soul sent here to help those around him. In Spring 2016, I had the privilege of being the dean of Khalif’s line. He’s made a significant and lasting impact in his community and to those around him. Myself included. I am so blessed to see my brother find happiness in his beautiful wife and look forward to watching these two become one.
