Altitude Tips

Jordan and David will be married at The Brenner's home situated on Baldy Mountain at 10,800 feet overlooking the ski runs of Breckenridge. Due to the high altitude some people may experience Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Most common symptoms would be headache, nausea, fatigue and lightheadedness. In general, we have found drinking excessive amounts of water before and after arrival is key!

However, if you are concerned, please contact your local physician. Medicines are available to prevent acute mountain sickness and shorten the time it takes to adjust to high elevations.
