We're so excited you're planning to join us on our special day, we have put a lot of consideration into those we want to celebrate with. Unless your RSVP includes a guest, no plus ones are permitted.
Are children invited?
We love your children, but would love even more if you're able to have a fun evening out without needing to parent! Children of our immediate family members will be in attendance, however we hope you take this as an opportunity to have a night out
Will there be transportation available?
We kindly ask that our guests carpool if possible to our ceremony venue as there is limited parking. We will have a free shuttle leaving the reception venue starting at 10:00pm, with the last shuttle leaving at 1:00am
When do I need to RSVP by?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st.
The ceremony is outdoors, where will we go if the weather is bad?
In the case of truly unfortunate weather, the ceremony will be moved to Mabel Hill Farm and Kitchen. We will update our wedding website to reflect this change in the event that this happens.
Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code, however we would love to see our friends and family dress up for the occasion, bright summer colours are encouraged. Please by mindful that our ceremony is outdoors as well there will be lawn games during cocktail hour.
How soon do I need to book accommodations?
We have provided a variety of accommodation options in the travel section of our website. Please be aware that not all options are directly in Nipawin and will require some driving. We would suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible as there are other events in the area on the weekend of our wedding and options will book quickly.
What kind of bar will be available?
We will be offering a subsidized cash bar. A variety of cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and spirits will be available for purchase.
