Can I bring a guest or a plus one?
Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list we have to follow due to our budget as well as our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
Can I bring my kids?
We want you to be able to kick back, relax and enjoy a fun evening with us, which is why we have decided to have an adult only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to celebrate with us- kid free!
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Unfortunately, our vendors require final numbers by a certain date. If you do not RSVP by the listed date, then we will assume you are unable to come and we will not account for you in seating or food. You will unfortunately have to be turned away. We purposefully sent out Save-the-Dates and formal invitations months in advance to allow time for you to arrange travel and lodging.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you arrive after this time frame, you will be asked to wait in the parking lot until the ceremony is complete to avoid any interruptions during our special moment.
What is the parking situation?
There is plenty of parking at The Barn in the gravel lot.
Do you have a hotel block?
Yes! Please refer to the "travel" section of our website to explore those options.
Will you have transportation?
Due to our budget and the location of our venue, we are unable to provide transportation accommodations to and from your hotel. Please plan accordingly.
Will there be a bar?
Heck YES! We are SO ready and SO excited to celebrate with you! We will be serving draft beer ( ) and a selection of wines (Moscato, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc.) There will also be sweet tea, water and assorted soft drinks.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is elevated Western. Men should be in nice slacks and dress shirts. Women should be in cocktail dresses. We also kindly ask that all of our guests' dress in earth toned colors.
Can I take pictures and videos?
Of course! And if you do, please share them with the bride and groom. We would love to see our day through your perspective. However, we do ask that no phones be used AT ALL during the ceremony. We have invested in a professional photographer and videographer to capture those precious moments. After the ceremony has concluded please take all the pictures and all the videos you would like!
When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is September 12th, 2027. This allows me to provide final numbers for my vendors.
