One of our venues great attributes is the ability to accommodate to any unexpected weather changes. If the rain begins, our ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Within the same hall that the already expected reception will be held in.

Plus one’s were addressed personally by invitation. As much as we would love to have additional guests to enjoy our special day we have only so many allocated seats and a max capacity which we are at 95% with our list. We love that you love your loved ones, but at this time we are unable to accept additional guests as it would not be appropriate for our venue. Thank you for your consideration.

We have arranged a room block for the Hyatt Place within the same parking lot of our venue to not only save money on travel arrangements but also, we’re excited for you all to enjoy yourselves and party. This option allows you to party responsibility and prepare efficiently.


Our room block ends September 29th, 2023. Rates will go to whatever the Hotel’s rates fall upon after that date.

After Party

It will be a open seating ceremony, please find yourself a comfy spot and mingle around. We love each and everyone of you.

As for the reception, you will be sat by table number. Which we will have a large sign with your personal names and according table number.

Yes, there is plenty of parking. As well as their is adjacent lots and street to park on if our venue fills up.

Since we are providing an open bar, we only encourage that you stay at our travel venue we have attached and set a courtesy room block for. This is the Hyatt Place and it is in the SAME parking lot as the venue. We want you all to have a blast and be safe. But if you choose to opt to a different location, Uber and Lyft will be of easy access.
