It all started at Florida Gulf Coast University in the Fall of 2015, where two souls crossed paths in the most unexpected of places—college algebra class. Little did they know, this chance encounter would mark the beginning of a beautiful journey for Ryan and Jordan. With the shared struggles of math (mostly Ryan's struggles), they became study buddies, laying the foundation for a friendship that would eventually blossom into something extraordinary. As fate would have it, becoming friends first turned out to be the secret ingredient that made their relationship truly special. Learning to be each other's confidantes and allies, Ryan and Jordan found that their love grew organically, rooted in a deep understanding of one another. Their journey together was a tapestry woven with threads of resilience, adventure, and shared dreams. Surviving the challenges of college life, the couple faced the ultimate test as Ryan decided to follow Jordan from the sunny shores of Fort Myers, Florida to the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. In a small studio apartment, they weathered the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic, finding strength in their love and partnership. Amidst the highs and lows, their love story reached a significant milestone when they decided to take the plunge into homeownership. A house became not just a structure but a symbol of their commitment to building a life together, brick by brick. And then came the moment that would forever be etched in their hearts. In true Ryan fashion, simplicity was the key. At the beach with Ryan's parents, with the sound of waves as witnesses, he dropped to one knee and asked Jordan the most important question of their lives. Tears flowed, hands shook, and in that beautiful moment, their journey took a breathtaking turn as Jordan said YES! Now, as they embark on the adventure of planning their forever, Ryan and Jordan revel in the simplicity of their love. Whether it's sharing electric nights out with their friends or cozy Friday evenings spent watching TV and sipping drinks on the couch, they always find fulfillment in each other's company. Excitement fills the air as they eagerly anticipate the countless moments, big and small, that await them in the chapters yet to be written. And so, the story of Ryan and Jordan unfolds—a tale of friendship turned love, of shared dreams and simple joys—a story that will continue to be written with love as the ink that binds them together.

Their friendship has spanned countless milestones, and through it all, Capps has been an unwavering source of support. Whether it’s offering advice, sharing in the big moments, or simply being there when it matters most, Capps has always been the type of friend who would do anything for the groom. Their bond is built on years of trust, loyalty, and brotherhood.

Alex, or "Al" as the groom calls him, met the groom at their current job, and what started as a professional relationship quickly grew into a close friendship. Over the past few years, they've shared countless good times, both in and out of the workplace, forging a bond built on mutual respect and plenty of fun. Whether it's during work or hanging out afterward, Al has become a great friend to the groom.
