Info from the Mediterranean Inn:

We are very popular with cruisers, and hopefully would be a good fit for your family and friends.

We're about 10 minutes or so drive from each of the cruise piers. We can arrange transfers to the pier for what was $10/person this year, and I presume the same for this coming year. Those are set up when someone is checking in to the hotel, and we always have availability as long as folks are signing up when they check in. You'd pay the driver directly (cash or card), the hotel just sets it up as a convenience. It works really well, they take many hundreds of folks a week from just our hotel.

We can also arrange transfers from the airport, currently $65 for 1-3 people, $90 for 4-6 people, and for groups of 7 or more it's $25/person. These airport transfers should be arranged a couple of days prior if possible, and we need a little info including flight info to set them up. Give us a call if we can help with that.

We have a beautiful rooftop patio deck, a small fitness room, garage parking (currently $27/night), and some other small amenities (free loaner bikes, umbrellas, vases, lots of odds and ends). We are easy walking distance to the Space Needle and other Seattle Center attractions, including multiple museums (especially Chihuly's Glass), Climate Pledge Arena, the Opera, Ballet, and the location of many summer festivals and events. The Seattle Center also has a monorail that takes folks very near Pike's Market.

We're surrounded by 40 or so restaurants, two full sized grocery stores, two drug stores, a three screen cinema, and a fairly vibrant urban neighborhood. All of our rooms have small kitchenettes with a mini refrigerator and microwave, along with many other amenities listed on our website.

For our reservations, we include maximum flexibility. Nothing is charged in advance - we do take a credit card to hold the reservation, but that would only be charged in the event that someone didn't come at all and didn't cancel, so we held the room for them. You'll pay when you arrive with a card physically present. If plans change, cancellation is free and very easy up until 4pm the day prior to arrival (for example 4pm July 17th for a July 18th arrival).

We would be willing to offer your group an additional 12% discount (non-commissionable) off our best available rates, as well as free cancellations until 4pm the day prior to arrival, and no prepayment or deposit needed. Our rate varies daily (and by room type); current best public rates can always be found on our website (linked here). Those rates are prior to the discount I created for your family, of course. Ultimately, you'll be sharing the code with your friends/family/group and again each individual can make their own reservation and will be responsible for billing and cancellation policy. Those that wanted to book two nights could, or add or subtract nights, or however worked out best for them, and the discount would just be applied to whatever nights were booked. To utilize this, after they go to our website and click "book now", they put in their dates, enter the code "Devine Wedding." We're happy to help over the phone too, if easier for anyone (206-428-4700).

Our entire hotel is 100% non-smoking (and has always been so, we've never permitted smoking), and no pets. We staff fairly heavily, and pride ourselves on our availability to help with anything that might come up. Of course, if you have any other questions, we're all here to help.
