How We Met..
Josh and Jordan met in August of 2020 at the dog park at the apartment complex they both lived at! Jordan owned Matador, who was 2 at the time and Josh owned Hazel, who was almost 1. The dogs became quick friends and Josh and Jordan’s connection began instantly!
Early On
Josh asked Jordan on a date to Adventure Park on September 17th, where he would later bring her back to ask her to be his girlfriend on October 6th. Josh and Jordan knew immediately how much love they shared with each other and their relationship blossomed quickly!
They spent their first year together going to Texas Tech games, hanging out with friends and family, watching Jordan graduate college, and much more!
We’re Moving In!
In July of 2021, Josh and Jordan got their first little home sweet home together!
Year 2!
In year 2 of their relationship, Josh and Jordan traveled to Fredericksburg, Colorado, and Maine. Josh graduated from Texas Tech while Jordan started working. They thrived living in Lubbock, just doing life together!
Year 3!
Josh and Jordan’s 3rd year together was the biggest one yet! They decided they were going to stay in Lubbock for a few more years and of course, that meant they needed a bigger home for Matador and Hazel to have a backyard!
We’re Engaged!!
On July 13th, 2024 Josh surprised Jordan with the proposal of her dreams!
Josh took Jordan to their neighborhood park where he got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of her life with him, and she said YES! Josh had the sweetest set up with their special JD2 letters, a photographer, and took Jordan to their favorite restaurant to end the night. They celebrated their special engagement a few weeks later with their family and friends, who truly made them feel so loved!
Let the Wedding Planning Begin!
Josh and Jordan found the venue of their dreams, Madewell Estates! They will be getting married on October 18th, 2025 with all their friends and families by their side! For now, it’s saying YES to the dress, celebrating with their bridal parties, and planning to make their wedding the most special day of their lives!
