Venue Address: Meadow Valley Ranch 852 Fish Lake Rd Summerland BC V0H 1Z8 *Please be aware that there is a detour at the blasting site in Summerland on Highway 97 when travelling from Kelowna. Due to this, the travel route is often redirected on GPS to make the commute roughly two hours long, taking an exit into the mountains from Peachland. However, this is incorrect routing, as the regular route through Highway 97 to Summerland is still open to the public. One must simply expect delays and plan their travel accordingly. Scheduled blasting occurs from 11am to 12:30pm daily, in which Highway 97 is closed for. The highway is open as single-lane traffic flowing both ways during the rest of the day.
